TiviMate Premium — best for Firestick and Android TV
TiviMate is the most popular IPTV app in 2026. Beautiful EPG, category sorting, picture-in-picture, multi-screen and favourites list. The Premium licence (~€25/year) adds automatic recording (PVR) and multi-EPG sources.
Runs on Fire TV Stick 4K Max, Nvidia Shield, Chromecast with Google TV, all Android TV models. Supports M3U + Xtream Codes protocol. Not available on Samsung Tizen, LG webOS or Apple TV (the Apple version requires TestFlight sideload).
IPTV Smarters Pro — universal choice
Free on Apple TV (App Store), Android (Google Play), iPhone, Firestick (Amazon Appstore) and some Smart TVs. Simpler interface than TiviMate but less polished. Supports M3U, Xtream Codes, multi-screen and parental controls.
Good choice if the household has mixed devices (iPhone + Firestick + Apple TV) — same app everywhere, same habits.
Smart IPTV / SS IPTV — for Samsung Smart TV (Tizen)
Samsung Smart TVs with Tizen OS (2018+) can't run TiviMate or Smarters Pro. Use Smart IPTV (one-time payment ~€6 at samsung-iptv.com) or SS IPTV (free from Samsung Apps) instead.
Smart IPTV has a nicer interface and 4K support. SS IPTV is free but simpler. For new Samsung 2023+ we recommend SS IPTV because Smart IPTV has been removed from Samsung Apps in the US (still available in Europe but uncertain future).

Which free version is best?
SS IPTV on Samsung and IPTV Smarters Pro on Android/Apple TV — both are free and stable. TiviMate's free version lacks EPG, which makes it almost unusable for sport.
Can I use multiple apps in parallel?
Yes. You can install TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro side by side on the same Firestick. Some users keep TiviMate as primary and Smarters as backup when TiviMate misbehaves.
Do I have to pay for TiviMate Premium?
Not on PremiumIPTV's 12-month plan — we include a Premium licence. On shorter plans or with other providers, Premium costs ~€25/year. Worth it if you watch sport (PVR recording is very useful for live games).
