1. The service
PremiumIPTV is an IPTV subscription service delivered digitally over the internet. The service requires a stable broadband connection (at least 10 Mbit/s for HD, 25 Mbit/s for 4K).
2. Agreement
The agreement is concluded when you complete payment via WhatsApp or another channel. The service is delivered immediately after payment and constitutes a digital service under EU directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Pricing
Prices are stated in EUR and include VAT at the standard rate of the country of delivery. You pay a single fee for the chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). No automatic renewal.
4. Use of service
The service is for private use on up to 3 simultaneous devices. Redistribution, sharing of credentials outside the household and commercial use are prohibited.
5. Right of withdrawal
As IPTV is a digital service delivered immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires under EU directive 2011/83/EU article 16(m) when the service is activated. You may always contact support on WhatsApp within 24 hours if dissatisfied.
6. Limitation of liability
PremiumIPTV is not liable for losses caused by ISP downtime, hardware failure or force majeure.
7. Disputes
Disputes are governed by Swedish law and resolved before the courts of Stockholm. Consumers may also escalate via their national consumer ombudsman or the EU ODR platform.
